Saying what you mean is underrated
I’ve become a huge fan of conversations that leave me with fewer questions than I had before.
I understand why people try to play things cool at the beginning. Nobody wants to feel like they care much more than the other person.
But I’ve noticed that the connections I enjoy most have room for straightforward communication. Someone can say they had a good time. They can ask to see me again. They can tell me when they are busy instead of disappearing.
None of that makes dating less exciting. If anything, clarity gives the fun parts more room because I am not spending my energy decoding everything.
I still like flirting and mystery. I just prefer them without unnecessary confusion.
